Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 28 NOV 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:


AR review:
 - Weston Beal, continue working on new IQ4 tests and automation document
   (perhaps by DesignCon 2024)
      In progress
 - Weston Beal to review fix to BUG245: AMI file loading error.
      Remains open

New ARs:
 - Bob to distribute draft 3 and share with Tammy Patton at SAE ITC for legal review [AR] 


Discussion:
a. Check first release of IBISCHK7.2.1
   Bob sent feedback to Atul about minor changes to message strings suggested by Randy.  
   Atul intends to issue a new release fixing these typos.  Bob did not get a response 
   from Graham or Curtis about compilation errors related to BUG243.  Atul said he did 
   significant cleanup related to BUG243. Bob also sent Michael Mirmak the source code 
   to try compilation. Bob expects a second release to check the message string changes, 
   and this should be the final release.  Bob asked Atul to send the invoice for the 
   release, so we can approve payment of the invoice at the Open Forum meeting on Friday.
   
b. Weston Beal showed an update new IQ4 checklist presentation
   No update.

c. Continue working on TSCHK2.1.0 parser specification and contract
   Bob to distribute draft 3 and share with Tammy Patton at SAE ITC for legal review [AR]
